Iconic and super rare Yves Saint Laurent safari dress from 1968 ‘Safari’ collection. Cream khaki cotton with lace-up front and large buttoned pockets complete the safari motif. Highly documented piece, seen featured on Veruschka von Lehndorff in the groundbreaking ad campaign, featured at the Museum at FIT, and in the Met Museum in a different colorway. Seen recently on Isabel May for the cover of Foxes Magazine via Tab Vintage. In excellent vintage condition with no flaws to note.
