1980's Gianfranco Ferre (attributed) red silk midi dress with hot pink fringe. Red silk chiffon dress with long hot pink fringe hem. Features oversized red velvet buttons on back and front. Deep halter neckline with open cutout back. Asymmetrical red silk design throughout hips. Missing brand tag; otherwise in very good vintage condition with light wear throughout.
