A/W 2002 Jean Paul Gaultier "Christo Effect" black neoprene mock neck dress. Sleeveless mock neck sheath dress with asymmetrical front zip closure and moderate back slit. Front zip unzips fully to style open as desired. Gunmetal-tone functional visible zipper creates asymmetrical dimension, contrasting with intentional 'slit' pocket in fabric at right side bust. Fabric Contents: 65% Elastodiene (form of Vinyl) and 15% Nylon blend. Top variation featured on the runway (Look 46 and Look 47), and dress version featured hanging in background of runway on a garment conveyor. In very good vintage condition with light wear throughout; has been taken to couture cleaner.
