1970's Thea Porter black velvet and chiffon gown. Black evening gown with floor length bell sleeves and alternating velvet and silk chiffon paneling at skirt. Back zip closure. Similar dress in mini length featured in Met Museum. In very good vintage condition with light wear throughout.
