1970s James Galanos black gown with dramatic, draped open back. Halter neck gown with plunging v neckline. Silk charmeuse bodice with wool crepe skirt. An iconic, elegant dress that drapes beautifully across the body. Back zip closure and hook and eye closures at halter. As seen on The Marias and Karlie Kloss via Tab Vintage. In excellent vintage condition with no flaws to note.
