A/W 1992 Vivienne Westwood black velvet skirt. Skirt features functional side flap pockets and tan silk lining. Double gold 'orb' buttons at waist. Open flare skirt with spare button on interior. In very good vintage condition with light wear throughout, including scratches throughout gold button hardware; has been taken to professional couture cleaner's.
