A/W 2000 Christian Dior by John Galliano tartan pattern silk chiffon below-knee dress with rare gold-tone ID straps. Delicate pink, green, white and brown deconstructed tartan pattern bias cut dress with thin double spaghetti straps connected with rare 'C D' gold-tone logo hardware details. John Galliano signature 1930's-inspired fabric button side closures, with cowl neck and tapered 'v' at back that flatters the body when worn. Fully lined with ecru lining. Fabric contents unmarked; feels like lightweight silk chiffon. Similar gold-tone logo details and silhouette featured on the ad campaign and on the runway. In very good vintage condition with pin-sized spots at interior lining, light wear where straps connect and wear throughout hardware.
