1930's Red-Orange Silk Gown with Open Lattice Back

1930's Special Vintage red-orange silk gown with open lattice back. Layered full short sleeve, bias cut v-neck gown with diamond shaped paneling at bust and back snap and hook-and-eye belt closure, featuring semi-open lattice cross-over back straps. Curved paneling at back flatters the body when worn. Mesh at interior of sleeves enhances silhouette (slight shoulder pad effect), with overlapping construction that is extremely unique. Concealed snap and hook-and-eye closures at side. In good vintage condition with moderate spotting throughout, particularly at hemline (visible when worn), and slightly loose hook-and-eye at side; has been taken to couture cleaner and arrives ready to wear, in best possible condition for age.

Waist: 13.1" lying flat (26.2" when worn); accommodates up to 14.8" (29.6" when worn)
Hip: 15.5" lying flat (31.0" when worn); accommodates up to 19.5" (39.0" when worn)
Length: 66.2" from shoulder to hemline (length adjusts slightly when worn due to bias cut construction)
