A/W 1999 John Galliano burgundy asymmetrical bias cut gown. Deep eggplant purple-red cowl drape front gown with asymmetrical cap sleeve on left side and sleeveless twist strap and off-shoulder paneling on right side, featuring moderate front slit and asymmetrical paneling that flatters the body when worn. Cap sleeve can be styled off-shoulder as desired, with small spaghetti strap at interior to hold into place. Geometric 'v' paneling at bust adds unique 1930's style silhouette to the piece. Fabric Contents: 68% Acetate and 32% Viscose blend (satin-backed crepe). As seen on Gisele Bundchen on the runway. In excellent vintage condition with no flaws to note.
