c. 1984 Loris Azzaro ivory pleated strapless gown with back bow detail. Strapless bustier gown with all-over knife pleating and fitted waist, featuring beaded square detailing at center front of waist and medium-sized bow detail at center back waist. Concealed back zip closure, and built-in boned corset with built-in bra and waist belt for additional structure. Similar featured in Elle France in 1984. In very good vintage condition with light wear throughout; pleating has relaxed slightly with time, and there is a small seam split above tag on interior lining (unnoticeable when worn).
Measurements
Best fits size US 4 - 6. Photographed clipped slightly on size US 2 - 4 mannequin. In-studio model is 5'9" and wears a size US 0 - 2 (photographed clipped on model). Stole from on-model images not included with purchase.
Pit to Pit (Bust): 16.5" lying flat (33.0" when worn; designed for corset fit)
Waist: 13.0" lying flat (26.0" when worn; designed for corset fit)
Hip: 19.2" lying flat (38.4" when worn, based off of interior lining)
Length: 51.0" from bust to hemline; approximately 59.0" from shoulder to hemline when worn (ankle length gown)
