S/S 1987 Pierre Balmain Haute Couture black and white polka dot gown. Cap sleeve turtleneck sheath gown with gathered oversized bow tie drape at hip. Black and white geometric polka dot patterning throughout with slightly futuristic effect. Concealed back zip and hook-and-eye closures at nape of neck. Built-in 'horsehair' interior lining creates structured skirt when worn. Rare, one-of-one dress as seen on the runway. In very good vintage condition with faint spot at front, slight runs at back (noticeable only upon close inspection), and discoloration at interior underarm.

Best fits size US 6 - 8.
