1980's Yves Saint Laurent Haute Couture long sleeve black drape wrap gown. Plunging neckline dress featuring gathered twist drape at waist and moderate shoulder pads. Wool jersey knit dress. Front circle enamel detail and hook-and-eye closures at waist that create wrap construction with semi-open front when worn, with interior waistbelt, zip closures at wrists and black silk lining. Numbered Haute Couture: 58542. In very good vintage condition with faint wear at enamel circle detail.
