S/S 1996 Gianni Versace ivory pleated bustier mini dress. Sleeveless mini dress with pleated bustier and fabric button-front closures. Contrasting off-white / ivory upper and ecru skirting. Fabric Contents: 59% Viscose, 33% Silk, 6% Polyamide, and 2% Elastane blend. Concealed back zip closure, with additional built-in corsetlet with boning at sides that has zipper closure at interior. As seen on the runway (Look #22) on Linda Evangelista and featured on Amber Valletta in the ad campaign. In very good vintage condition with small spot at right side bust, faint spot at hemline, and pin-sized spot at side near waist (visible only upon close inspection). 

Marked size IT 40. Best fits size US 6; tightest in bust and waist for corset appearance when worn. Photographed clipped slightly on size US 2 - 4 mannequin.

Pit to Pit: 17.1" lying flat (34.2" when worn; designed for corset effect)

Waist: 14.5" lying flat (29.0" when worn)

Hip: 19.5" lying flat (39.0" when worn)
